- Candidates: You are responsible for ensuring that your resume, KYC details, and educational information are authentic. Misrepresentation of skills may lead to a permanent ban from the platform.
- Employers: You agree to post genuine job openings. SkillManzil reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates our community guidelines or appears fraudulent.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, SkillManzil and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform (including LMS courses, training materials, and assessments). You may access this from SkillManzil for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material (including courses and assessments) from SkillManzil.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from SkillManzil.
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from SkillManzil for commercial purposes.
3. AI Assessments and Proctoring
Candidates taking assessments on the platform agree to adhere to strict anti-cheating policies. SkillManzil utilizes monitoring systems to ensure fair testing. Any detected malpractice will result in immediate disqualification and notification to prospective employers.
4. Limitation of Liability
SkillManzil acts as a bridge between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we guarantee the performance or conduct of any candidate hired through our platform. In no event shall SkillManzil, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
